ok here it goes i been working on this car for alomst a week now
here is my problem
i bought the vehicle from a friend timing belt sliped so i replaced the engine went ahead put a new gasket in the engine i got make sure i dont have no problems anymore
changed the timing belts intake manifold gasket and stuff

my problem is the car cranks but it wont start it has fuel and spark and it wants to start but it doesnt
the spark is blue
when i turn the ignition key to on position the engine light comes on and i hear a click and the engine light turns of and then 1 to 2 sec later i hear a another click
i even tried the pressing the gas pedal all the way down and then trying and still nothing all the fuses are good i hear the fuel pump working when the key is in the on position
what could be the problem

Are the ignition leads on in the right order (I know it sounds lame but I have seen it done before!!)
Sometimes its the most simple things that trip us up.

 

i think they are im not sure whenever i crank the car manually the number 1 cylinder has spark and then number 4 and so on

 

found the problem no compression what so ever maybe thats y is had a new headgasket

 

So hang on a sec..... you said you replaced the engine..... and that engine was a dead engine??
