Default engine starting problem

my girl has a 1996 honda accord. For some reason one day she parked it in front of the house and when she decided to leave again car just won't start. i changed the starter thinking that was the problem i quess not. changed the all distributor unit n wires n car still won't start. checked all fuses everything seems like its fine but still car won't start. what the hell is this freaking problem am going nuts

"won't start" as in the engine won't crank over or the engine cranks but doesn't run.
Timing belt ever been replaced?
Got spark at the spark plugs when cranking?
Fuel pressure at the injector rail when cranking?
Can you take off the oil cap and see the cam turn when cranking?
The more info you can provide will help you get on the correct diagnostic trail.
What color is the car? LOL
