Can my AEM Short Ram Intake lead to a rough idle/vibration?

Hi everyone, I installed my AEM SRI on the car a few months back while doing some other work on the vehicle.. Since then, I have a rough and harsh idle in the ranges 800-1000rpm.. It does not bounce or move or anything, but you will feel rough vibration throughout the car until i rev it to over 1000rpm..
At the time that the intake was installed, I also did a full tune-up on the vehicle, so it is well maintained.. the only other mechanical change of note which was made at the time was changing my rear engine mount to a generic brand. The original 13 yr old one was completely shot, as in the entire middle piece was completely worn away but it never led to any bad vibration or anything like that..
So, my question is, is it possible to blame the intake (like my father does) or should I blame the new engine mount (which I do)...
Thanks for the help!

I'm going to blame engine mounts. An intake is an intake, not much different than the stock intake.
How are the other engine mounts looking?

other mounts are fine.. was just the rear that was shot...
Im definitely leaning to the mount side of things... but still my dad insists its the intake and im not going to take it off and put the stock on just to prove the point..

When was the last time you checked the balance shafts & the BS belt? I would agree that a bad mount could lead to feeling engine shakes. But the engine would have to be shaking to begin with in order for the shakes to be noticeable through the mount.
Did you check your cap, rotor plugs and wires to make sure they are all in good working order. I know they are new but you may have gotten a bad part or maybe mixed up your wires. Have you ever had a compression test done on your engine?
