idk, sounds irrelevant to no start, and if you have fuel and spark then it has to be timing, good compression?

Your oil and brake lights stay LIT when the key is out and in your hand??

I am leaning twords either the harness ground or your wiring. If this is your first swap re check all your wiring and grounds.

I fixed the fuel problem now i'm not getting spark at all !!!!!!!

Yeah they stay on when the key is out and in my hand it's soooo weird never seen anything like it ... where would the harness ground need to be i have the tranny ground and the ground to the valve cover on and tight i used a complete harness and a vtec subharness but i have not wired up the vtec yet so i didn't have to cut anything i just hate having to hack up a harness but the chassis was an Si so it was already MPFI so no need to wire in the other two injectors ....

SO any other things you guys can think of will help me out ALOT

There is an actual ground coming out of the harness. It is normally boted to the Thermostat housing with a 10mm bolt.
