Honda Civic EX Brake Problem
I own a '97 Civic EX, and ever since it got cold my right-rear wheel/brake has been locking up.
When I first start driving, almost instantly my yellow ABS light turns on and my right-rear tire is locked. It will start rolling if I drive, but it definitely doesn't want to. If I reverse it seems to unlock, but it locks right back up when I try to drive forward again.
After 10-20 minutes, the ABS light will turn off and the wheel will turn normally again.
Any idea what is happening? If disabling ABS would fix it, how can I do that?

I would Check the wheel sensor maybe it is bad or dirty, abs sensor is sensing that the wheel is stopped while the others are moving, also check the brakes them selves, and the wheel bearing make sure its not bad and is preventing the wheel from moving.. U can also pull the ABS ECM fuse to reset it and go that route. do some inspection and report back ASAP
