How to fix an O2 Sensor?
Well yeah lots of thing wrong with my car, had to do one thing at a time. And since i got the wiring out of the way. It's time to move on to something bigger. I know that you can fix an O2 by yourself, but should i do it, or should I get someone else to? Once more it's a 01 Accord coupe.

Are you throwing a check engine light? If it is and its a 4 cylinder and is throwing code 41 for primary O2 sensor:

1. Remove #6 plug from bracket and unplug it.
2. Using an O2 socket or wrench unbolt it from exhaust manifold
3. Screw new O2 into manifold and tighten. Plug it in and put back on bracket.
4. Have code cleared.

Yeah the check engine light is on, so what do i do to be able to turn it off afterwards? Cause i was told by a family member that there's something else that i have to do to ensure that the light goes off

Pull your 7.5 amp clock fuse (forgot what the fuse number is) for 20 seconds or so. If you have a security stereo in your Accord, you may want to write down the code first. I don't know if it will affect that since I don't have a secure Honda stereo. I have a 98 Accord, and the 01 should be similar.
You can rent (borrow) a socket from a lot of good auto parts stores for the removal and installation of the sensor. You can damage the wires if you try and use a normal socket.
