I want to go back to 195/55-15. Just wondering what good tires are out there.

Dunlop SP5K's may be available in that size.

SP5000 only has 205/50-15... otherwise, that would be my first choice.

why don't u just opt for the 205/50/15s? It'll give you a little wider tire and there shouldn't be any clearance problems. Mine have been fine and i'm dropped 1.75".

during hard it loses a bit of traction, but during wet rainy weather they handle like a the pavement is dry.......

Dunlop SP 9000, good all season tires if you can find a place that have them in stock. I am waiting for mine at tirerack.

I'd have to check the sidewall but I think the Dunlop SP9000's are considered max performance summer tires (at least on tirerack)... I have used them in the rain (in CA) and they perform well but I don't think their rated as all seasons...

I have 205/50-15 right now and I can feel it has less road control especially during autox. 205/50-15 have better grip, but it is a trade off.

i felt i had better control with my previous 195/50/15

the 205's feel really bouncy around the corners

Nope, SP9000 is great in the rain. It performs well in almost all weather conditions except for snow (from what I have read and heard), I'd consider them all season since my area doesn't get that much snow.
