Ok so I recently put a mini me into my eg. After I got it started i decided to back out of my driveway into the street. When i got out of the driveway and put it into first it wouldn't go. I even let the clutch out and nothing i just kept running like it was in neutral. I read some stuff and it could be that my axles aren't in all the way? I looked at the passenger side axles and there is a gap. Any help? Thanks

 

Sounds like something is not seated right. Check the lower ball joints.

 

u didnt put ur axels in right make sure they lock in

 

Sometimes the axles need a little "persuasion".

 

well just jacked up my car and both axles aren't pushed in all the way into the tranny. They are about an inch or more away but the axle spindle nut is already on. How do i approach this? Take the nut off and shove the axle in?

 

if u take off the nut it would b easier..but u can also do it with the nut on

 

turn the axle untill u fell it match the teeth after just shove it in dont hammer it from where the nut goes cuz ull mess up the tread
