I know it's a simple part to replace and I have the part and ready to replace it.

I am not quite sure how to get to the part though

Can i get to it by removing only the intake manifold? or maybe not at all? from the engine bay? from under the car??

dont need to remove anything really. Jack up the car on jack-stands & remove it from the bottom(its on the back of the block). If you want, you can remove the oil filter to make it a bit easier. IIRC, you will need a 7/8" or 15/16" deep-wall socket to get it out.

what's the torque on it? I assume it's fairly low as the one on my bike.

But the bike's torque for the part is based on steel threads on the switch to aluminum female threads on the crankcase (where it goes)

Not sure about the D15's but the d16z6 has 2 oil pressure sensors. one on the back of the block and another on the vtec solenoid. one on the back i believe is 17ft lbs which isn't much. same goes for the one on the vtec solenoid. remember to put threadlocker on the threads. i may be off on the torque so give or take a few lbs. i'd check alldata but its on another laptop at work.
