What is transmission part called where the left passenger axle goes through??

What is transmission part called where the left passenger axle goes through?? that Hole?? is that replaceable or do i need to open up the whole thing?? thanks

what hole? it goes into the differential, and yea you can replace a diff

The pass axle goes through the case. They run in the $300's new from Honda.
