Post VAFC Install Questions
When I do a "Sensor Check" on the VAFC with the car key in the on position, all three settings fluctuate (+)(-).005 volts. According to the manual, the acceptable ranges are...
THROTTLE CLOSED/WOT
Thrt: 0V ~ 1V / 3V ~ 5V
The ideal Pressure and CDS voltage are not provided anywhere. My readings at Closed/WOT Throttle are within the acceptable range for Throttle but I'm wondering if they should be fluctuating. Here's what I'm getting on my VAFC.
THROTTLE CLOSED/WOT
Pres: 2.895V-2.900V / 2.900V-2905V
Thrt: 0.480V-0.485V / 4.530V-4.535V
Another question...What's the CDS sensor for? I'm thinking it's for the VAFC to determine how bright the display should be.
