got an 89 crx si with a 3rd gen dohc zc and have a snapped drivers side axle and i went and picked up what i though would be the replacement axle from a auto parts store but the guy there sold me a axle that is way too big he said this was because d series motors dont have intermediate shafts but when i got home my buddy and i went and had a look and there is an intermediate shaft any idea on what kind of axles im gonna need?(ps the axle i picked up is a carbone and i have heard they are garbage anyone know anything else about this)

 

get a 90 integra axle.. they had intermediate shafts and should fit fine

i could have i just read dohc... i automatically assume when i see it, that its a b swap.. i just read too fast for my own good.. my bad..

at least i was right on integra axles

 

Turns out you were right even though you were wrong... I just double checked my resources and edited the post.
