Icon7 what should i do for advance timing on my sol?

Hey there! I'm new here but I know what it's all about. I just got a new/used 1993 sol s. I don't have the money to do.a swap for a b16 or even d16 but i wanna make this thing fast. I already have a short ram intake headers, 2.75" exhaust no cat, two fuel modules from horsepower chips.com. I already have a decent amount of power but i want more by advancing timing. Can someone explain to me the science of advancing timing when you're dumping a lot of fuel in the engine, and what are the best options ex. street fire im's, cams, gears, etc. Also, when should i.start worrying about my stock clutch and cv axles? I'm a technician so give me all the details you can pls.

you stock clutch can hold alot about 300hp, you want a better clutch around there
your axles can hold about 400hp ish. depends on how you launch and drive your car.
advancing timing....lol. you wont get any power. and you just bend valves unless you get an adjustable cam gear and a stg2 or higher cam.
turbo is where the power is gonna come from. but that Dseries is just limited to bolts on that dont even do much unless you get a turbo kit.
chip the ecu and get it tuned, you might get like 5hp more with those bolt ons.

Stock clutch will most likely not hold 300 hp, Mine was giving out around 180-190ish.

I vote, save money for swap or turbo setup.
