can u guys please help me on the obd2b pinout below why is there two slots in number 31's do u think in connector ''A'' the bottow row is wrong, this schematic is all over the net. please hel anyone

^ What they said. But it looks like they just messed up the numbers on the picture at pin 25. Meaning that pin 25 is actually the blank square next to the one that is labeled 25 in the pic. So the description of the pins are correct, it's the image that's partly wrong.
