Ok I got two question about my starter. I believe my starter is going bad since winter started, I been having to tap it to get it started every morning.

1. My first question is it eventually going to get to a point where tapping it won't help and just won't start anymore?

2. How much does a starter usually cost for a 1994 honda del sol?

2. Go to an autoparts store and find out. It varies depending on where you go.

 

****, I yanked a used starter off a D16Y8 and haven't had a problem yet. If you can, find a used one, if not, it think they are like 60+ depending where you go? Dunno though, got mine free at the junk yard.
