same as title: how many catalytic converters on 98 ek?

i never really paid attention when my mom still had the 4 door, i know there is one right no the header, but is there a secondary one (bank 2)?

 

there's 1. either part of the exhaust manifold or underneath. should be an o2 sensor after the cat.

 

Every Honda has 1 cat.

BUT, as Anon51 has already said, OBD-0 and OBD-1 Honda's only have 1 Oxygen sensor where as OBD-2 Honda's have 2 oxygen sensors (one before the cat and one after).

 

if the car is an EX or Si then the cat is located under the car. if its any other model, then the cat is basically part of the exhaust manifold. the other thing that may look close to resembling the catalytic converter located under the car may be the resonator.
