Why the Honda badge?
Some of those who convert to a JDM front end, JDM wheels, etc. change the badges to reflect the overall theme they are going for.
Personally, I like the OEM Acura badges. If for some reason I had a JDM front Integra or ITR, I would leave the Honda emblems off.
its because the honda badge is swapped for an acura badge, its a rare mod that only certain people can aquire. if you come across it you should think twice because that honda badge was probably not on the car when it was sold
FYI the "Acura" brand only exists in North America. They say that they had a hard time selling a Honda as a luxury car here, so they created Acura.. yadda yadda

personally i like the Acura badge better. thanks for the info guys. i love ITRs. when i can afford to buy, insure, and house one i will have it. even in the area i live in i would never consider owning one and not garaging it at all times when i wasnt driving it. even though we have nearly 0 cars stolen annually, i would be way too paranoid. and on top of that i wouldnt want to leave it in the weather
I can't tell if you're serious, or if this is some kind of brilliant sarcasm.

Yeah, people do it just to be different. Otherwise, I think it looks silly. Plus, genuine DC2R 'H' badges aren't exactly cheap.
What's even better are the folks who put the H badges on their cars yet leave the USDM front end, the 'Acura' on the steering wheel, 'Acura' on the radio, etc. That looks really silly.

Don't forget UKDM/EDM/ADM models
those where hondas with "USDM" front ends with all honda logos
I think the euro "HONDA" logo looks pretty good *shrug*

I think its because 37.6% of all honda owners are posers. Not everyone is a ricer, but there are enough of them out there to set the tone for the community.
Do what you want .......yes its your car
I'll do what i want - which is ROFL at your car .. kthxbye

Each continent got a slightly different Integra Type R (RHD, front end, rear end, interior, colors, etc). And it's still ricey to swap badges.
Indeed. ITR's sold in the US should have A badges on them, H badges are for Honda Integras, and H badges are ricey on cars that are sold as Acura's.
i think my favorite are civics with Acura badges. LOL now thats rice!
i really dont understand badge swapping.... its ghey if you ask me. i'm not really into jdm conversions either though. i would buy a jdm car if i wanted the jdm front clip.

apparently you have never been to Canada where they sell civic's under the Acura brand.
I honestly prefer the Acura CSX Type-S to the USDM Civic Si sedan.
