The Story:

Gil, ran out to the store real quick at around 1am. Lives in lower Westchester, a suburb of NYC. (Bad thing about NYC, things are open ALWAYS, so the urge to wake up and buy something is always available). Saw a guy he knows at a performance shop. They didn't say hi or anything, just casual aquaintance. He drives back home. Parks his car in his normal outdoor spot. Sounds crazy, but understandable. He does live in a safe secluded area. One our later he wakes up hearing his secondary air horn alarm. Looks out the window and his car is being driven away. Calls the cops immediately. Nothing. He has Lo-jack. Nothing as of yet. He thinks it is the performance shop guy, but no proof. He had to be followed or something.

The Car:

2000 PY ITR, with 17" Konigs (I think and don't flame him, they are his street tires. He has a set of race wheels), lowered with Neuspeed Springs. His armrest is covered with a suede cover or something.

This is the reason why I have 5 security devices on my R........ takes a couple mins to take off, but its worth it..........

 

The shop is his first stop. but lets be real. they probably won't bring a hot car there. When my car was stolen, they found it, FULLY INTACT, on a side street in NJ. Luckily, it was found less than 8 hours later with very little damage.

Yes, I do pray and thank God, daily for giving my beloved ITR back to me.

 

what would be useful is an alarm for the alarm.... if the first alarm is cut the 2ndary alarm sends out a automated message to 911

YUP.

He is the guy who had the dog. Also, his car is somewhat always advertised. He is the one who parks his ITR at the gas station on Central Ave by the Ford Dealer.

motor may have already been sold before the car was jacked.

I think it makes it worse when you knew the owner and met them more than once.

This crap Sucks. Even though I'm sick of it, I'm Not ever going to trade mine in based solely on theft fear.

Thats what I was thinking...They can dress me up like a little stunna(im only 18 and look like im 12) and I can drive up in my GSR praising the ITR as god and then try and buy some stuff with cash...It may just work

If i were him I'd Get a few Friends and Follow that guy from the shop after he closes up or if he goes anywhere. See if he maybe Goes to wherever the car is Then Call the Police ASAP if he does.
