Nice...I think that I'll be out there for both days...need to take some time off of moving to have some car fun and see what the new setup can pull...hopefully better than my 13.7, wonder how much longer the nitto drag radials will last

That was great today! Saw a lot of fast imports, saw the Jotech civic run...got about 5 feet away from Kenny Tran, but was too shy to say hi.
It was cool to hang out with Migs and Brian. The Summit crash...whew. First car I've ever seen finish running a 9 second 1/4 mile on the roof.

And of course all the bling bling cars "showing" themselves...
Looks like the lambo doors are coming into vogue.

i heard about the crashes at NHRA... crazy thing. did anyone see the DEMENTED black 240 race? i think the fastest time it did was 13.6 @ 10psi on steet tires. first time he got to run it at a track, too.

Just wanted to say Congrats to Austin for winning 1st in the ET brackets in his type R out of a 70+ car field. He took home a $700 cash purse as well as a nice little NHRA Wally trophy as well. I believe Austins best was 13.8 on BD G-forces.

yeah the mtv guy greg was trying to sell me his friends rhd 92-95 hatch for 12k... that guy cracks me up he always has to bring up his tv debut... anyway the crashes where crazy.. someone told me there was a 6.995 ran but i didnt see it, and whats up with bergenholtz up against the venom supra.. that was even..
not bad track weather either, i pulled some consistent times but got eliminated a few rounds in because i broke out.. btw i was the guy with the red 4th gen prelude with the big wheels because i couldnt get a set a slicks in time..

Yeah that bastard knocked me out in the third round. I was running 13.1's and 13.2's all morning. He got me by a car length. My 1.0 RT screwed me. Oh well hit my best time 13.14 @ 102 MPH
