as far as i know...
94-95 springs by H&R/Neuspeed/Stock are shorter in height than 90-93/96-97 springs because honda raised the perch height for 94-95 for some odd reason, thus requiring shorter springs. It would probably lower your car more than you expect if you are using struts w/ a 90-93/96-97 perch height.
i quote from an email to neuspeed a while back:
---------
The spring rates are about identical...however, the physical dimensions of the springs are different. For you car, you will need the 55.20.12...if you choose to use the 55.20.11, the car will not lower as the spring is physically taller. For some reason, Honda moved the spring perch up the shock body for 1994-95 facilitating the use of a shorter spring. For 1996-97, they moved the perch back down, facilitating the use of the taller spring we had designed for 90-93 model Accords. The Prelude spring will not work as the spring is physically different.

those are neuspeed's part numbers for their springs.
if you look, H&R has pretty much the exact same product line for the accord... leads me to believe these might be the exact same springs, just remarked H&R/Neuspeed.
