pluggs are supose to last 100,000 miles....that means they are degrading the last 50,000 mile...change them...trans oil....ever 3-5 oil changes....air filter as needed....alt belt is a good change...check your dampers and suspension bushings....most likly your brakes on on their last legs if you have not already changed them and do the caben filter.

Do the 02-04 RSX have the cabin filter? If so where is it located?

Yes, and it's right behind the glove box. There's a few good DIY's if you google it. It's a pretty easy change, but the filters are expensive compared to what they consist of haha. It pretty surprising how bad the filters look if it's been awhile. Even nastier when you think about how that was filtering the air you were breathing in. Car usually smells better too!

Cabin air filter for the EP3 is also located behind the glove box and you get to it the same way you would a RSX

I'd recommend flushing the brake fluid too.
