Default Clutch Issues

Alright so I installed a new oem exedy clutch on my 92 si about 2000 miles ago. The clutch the does perfectly fine throughout normal driving. But recently when I've been going hard through the gears it seems to shift fine, but then just slip out and then slowly grab again only to do it all the way through 4th gear. The clutch isn't bad already is it? Can't be...right?

Also I've noticed that my clutch pedal seems relatively soft compared to some other cars I've been in. So does this mean that possibly the pressure plate isn't applying enough pressure which is causing the clutch to slip out through full throttled runs? Or is just my shifting technique needs work on and I'm starting to push on the throttle maybe just a tiny bit earlier than when I let out my clutch, if that's the case then well practice makes perfect

Anyone else dealt with anything similar? Please help, inputs, etc.
Thanks

did you resurface the flywheel while you changed your clutch?

made sure the surfaces were free of oil and such?

if your shift pedals seem to touch the floor the plate might be an issue. if the problem comes in a while then gone for some time then recurs again try to check your engine supports. imbalance in one support could make your drive train misbehave. had the same issue before. after changing my right support the problem was gone. diagnostics takes time than fixing.i ended replacing the pressure plate and assembly only to find out i have a worn out engine support wtf.

Yeah I actually bought a new flywheel, so i doubt there are any problems with its surface. And i made sure no oil or anything was on any of the surfaces. Even if there was, I'm sure that it would've burned by now..

And I just might have to check my mounts. I know that they're probably going bad now considering the chassis has almost 200,000 miles on it, and I doubt they've been changed when the engine was swapped out. And I know I didn't change them when I swapped in another engine, so it'll definitely be something to look into.

Well It was installed on a new engine block, but we did take some parts from the older block thoughit only had 20,000 or so miles on it. And when I checked i couldn't see any oil leaking anywhere which leads me to believe that unlessits a really small/slow leak, it's not the case. I'll keep an eye on it though
