I was being dumb and connected a Throttle Position Sensor wire
to one of my Idle Air Control wire and the car made a weird noise
and didnt start up ... i put everything back to how it was and it still doesnt
turn on only makes a weird winddd noise

 

I assume that the starter cranks the engine with the key turned to ON(III) but the engine doesn't start, right?

The concern is that you may have fried the ECU. Does the CEL remain on when the key is turned to ON(II)? If so, jump the service connector to pull the codes. Also check whether 15A hood fuse 44 (ECU/main relay) is blown.

 

my check engines was on FTPS so idk if this
problem triggerd another problem ... i have a spare ecu i
hooked up and still nothing...i jumped the starter but nothing
this starter makes a little noise then a winding noise..when i connected the
2 wires together something mustv burned cuz the car just started working

Try jumping from your battery to the starter see if it turns then. If not, bad starter. If it works check fuses/relays for the starter. I don't know how your wiring issue would have messed something like that up but it's worth a shot.

 

you mixed up some sensers

 

The car ran perfectly until i decided to be dumb and mess with the sensor wires..I tried jumping the car from the starter and it still didnt turn on.. i dont know how messing with the wires coulda broke the starter

 

Jump from the battery to the starter. See what happens then.
