Del Sol d16z6 turbo

I was wondering if i boosted my 95 Crx Del Sol Si how boost can i safely run with out pushing rods.

depends on the size of the turbo. you need to base your goals off HP numbers, not PSI. also crx del sol si? what kinda car is it? lol. if your going to run a t3/t4 say .54 trim or something similar you can make 230ish whp safely on 8-10 psi.
