Default want to make a head swap!

I was wondering, I have a stock 1.6 motor from my CX. would it be possible to put a SOHC vtec head on my block?
if it is possible I assume its not that hard of a swap, besides wiring and maybe a ecu swap cuz of the vtec.
if it is poss,. I woud like to do stage two head work(I hope thats what its called) fuel rail cam gear and a cam! could I put a say ITR cam on it? would this fit?
if not what cams would be good for this kind of swap?
what else would you guys sugest me to do to make my car a little faster?
I hate to say this but I would like to see how much power I can get out of this engine, before I buy a new one! I looking for cost effictiveness.

would my block handle NO2?
thanks guys!

Oh man. YES you can do a head swap. DO A SEARCH. If you don't kow what you're doing, don't try it. You CANNOT put an ITR cam on it. That engine is DOHC VTEC. It will NOT work. If you're looking for cost effectiveness, get a ZC. No your block will NOT handle N02 but it WILL handle N20 Just do a search before you post a question like this. Guarunteed you'll get flamed, or this post will get LOCKED.
