i have a 2004 k24a4. i dont want anything snapping on me.

There is only one, and it's the external serpentine belt.

how much is the belt and how long does it take to install the new belt?

The belt is around $35 from honda, It shouldnt take more than 30 minutes. Considering you do it right the first time I reccommend opting to purchase a tensioner release tool as well.

where can i get the tensioner release tool? does autozone or kragens have it?

Yes Im almost positive they carry them at least autozone. I purchased mine from my snap-on Rep.

This is said tool very helpful considering the limited amount of space in the accords bay.

I had no problem changing the drive belt with a breaker-bar and socket.

if u have a box end 12mm 14mm wrench. with enough leverage it will work also.

Breaker bar and socket is the best way to go since you can use them for other repairs down the line if you do them yourself. Why by a specialty tool like a tensioner release tool that's only useful for one thing?
