I have a 120,000 mile 1995 civic ex. I think its about time for a swap. I was wondering what all swaps I can get and about how much will it cost. Im thinking along the lines of a b-series or an ls engine.....If you have any suggestions or know about how much for a complete swap and what kind you think i should get please reply

how much do you wanna spend? how much work do you want it to be? how fast do you want the car to be. are you going to build the motor? NA/FI?

 

A couple of nice ones are of course b16a2, b18c1, b18c5, b18b w/ turbo (its got low compression, good for turbo), or even an h22a. H22a is heavy as crap and has major understeer so its not usually suggested, but it hauls.

 

from what ive heard the understeer can be taken care of with stiff springs up front, a good thick rear sway, and some weight reduction. but you're probably gonna have nasty wheel hop without traction arms like z10's.
