Props on the build and speed, but IMO it is not a DC5 anymore.

If you are going to strip a car like that, why not just get the cheapest/lightest frame that a k20 would fit into? Like an EG chassis? Why tear up a nice honda?

 

That thing is boss. And why not to it to a dc5? Why do what everyone else has already done and build a k20 eg. I understand the lighter chassis to begin with but 1600lbs for an rsx with 325whp all motor is pretty good ratio!!

 

An EG is not even close as areo dymanic as a DC5 It's a pro stock car meaning it has a custom tubular frame with a RSX body over it and Honda engine..... yeah it's pretty much not a street DC5 anymore but i'm sure people would like to see something modified to this end of the spectrum..

 

Is there any way of staying all motor and get those times ?
Might as well slap forced induction there is no point of keeping it NA
if its not a dc5 chassis

 

Great job Danny! Congrats on the times. Wish I was somewhere close to that.

I've gotta say this is one of the baddest Pro Stock cars out there. Definitely one of my favorites.

 

beautiful car. looks like it was built with alot of attention to detail. very clean. congrats. would like to see pics of engine bay.

 

i would have to say that is the most clean looking rsx i have seen.. clean & fast at that.. keep it up & you never know your car might be in a magazine.. God Speed..

Very nice, that overhead shot is sweet! From the pics on k20 it looks like the scoop clears the ITB's though; is it still functional or just for looks?
