I sent you funds for this ECU on the 9th of December, and havent recieved it. What gives?

 

Still no responses, returned pm's, emails.. not anything.

 

Welp, been over a month now. All I got was a fake *** USPS tracking number in my PayPal claim.

 

Did a lil searching for you this is what I found. He has a second account on HT... (jamescardenas07) He's been online, try contacting him that way.

 

Apparently this is that guy's account, but he lets a friend use it. He told me he helped in accepting the funds on Paypal for him. Thanks for the help.

 

he has pics of himself under both accounts as well if you check his made threads. If he let the guy use his account then he is just as liable. He can be held responsible for grand theft (felony). Sounds like you are getting a BS story, so i would just press charges on this dude since its his account and let him deal with the supposed friend.

 

Yeah, youre right. The paypal investigation is still pending. Im in Iraq for another month, not really much I can do from here. Hopefully, this thing shows up or I get my money back. Or, I guess I'll have to take another route.

Yes, he's scamming. He is "claiming" he gave his user name to a friend. OK? Well, how about his PayPal? The PayPal address is yours, too. When YOU accept money via PayPal, YOU are responsible to make sure that it gets sent out.

Hell, I will call you out on this. If your friend is the scammer, what is his name and number? Post it here in public. If you are not scamming, then why did you not reply to this post or Chris' PM's but to the one on K20A.org to try to cover your butt? Why did you provide a false tracking number? Until a KPro shows up, you will not be doing any selling on any board we can find you on.

As for your BS reply on K20, saying that transit time from Hawaii to here is 30 days, I call BS. So does USPS. Also, why would you be so dumb to send it Parcel Post then it actually costs MORE than sending it Priority? The post office would have pointed that out to you even. Just more BS that would lead anyone to believe you have not even been to the post office yet. Quit being a POS and either give Chris all of his money back or send him the KPro.
