I just bought this apexi vafc first gen(401-A008). The dude I bought it from gave me everything including the installation manual, but it was in Japanese, so I went to apexi.com and got the manual in english. My problem is setting it up. I need to know what to set the sensor number, cylinder number, sensor voltage, throttle sensor. Or if anyone can help me learn how to use this vafc it would be great. My car is a 98 civic ex with a b18c1 swap, just incase it plays a role in the setting. Thanks

 

oh i'm also running a chipped p28 ecu just incase it makes an effect.

 

No idea, but I've always heard that VAFCs are not an ideal way of tuning. You have a chipped P28, so sell the VAFC and get a Moates Ostrich or chip burner.
