After having my 90,000 mile service done, I went from 275 to about 300 on a full tank. Regardless though, I still have to pay through the nose for 91 octane. #$*@! California mark-up...

My gas mileage sucks after getting my ITR tranny. Last computation was 24.5mpg 
I normally cruise at 80 which lands me at 4500 rpm. Luckily I am 20 miles closer to work now.

with driving the car like a granny
not passing more than 4500RPM
and barely gettin close there,
I got mine up to 400 on a full tank of gas
i got up to 390 before the fuel light went on.
10 miles to the gas station (i waited)
But when i rev a lot and hit redline a lot
I get up around 250 before the light comes on.

I have a JDM Civic SiR tranny, same ratios, and yes cruising at 80 will kill your mileage! I try to keep it around 70, which is pretty slow.
Anyhow, previous tank, almost stock GSR: 340 miles of mostly highway.

with jrsc and all my mods i was running about 26 avg, and 32-34 on the highway, 5spd ls.

I just drove 325 miles on less than 10 gallons, about 34mpg. It depends on the speed you cruise at, as well. I was cruising an indicated ~71-72mph and got that figure. The other day I drove 330 miles at about ~78mph and got 32mpg.
That is impressive tuning.

Dam I did a full tune up and still only get around 210-220. ****, I think it's time for a valve adjustment........or do I need to drop if off to the dealer for the 90k maintanance at the dealers...

most i have ever gotten on a tank was 350 miles before i had to refill. i have gotten anywhere from 19-31 mpg depending on traffic conditions, driving style, etc. there are a lot of variables. i usually get around 290 a tank before i fill up with the light coming on and staying bright for a bit.

I was getting around 350 or so mostly freeway miles. I get around 300 or a bit less or so in town
