Default ef2 Front End Conversion

ok im planing on buy a jdm front for my 4door now i have to fast ? 1 is the front just a bolt on or will there be some kind of cuting or something to make it fit ..and ? 2 i love the jdm frontends with the 1pc head lights but i also like the zc front bumper can i buy the fenders and hood and grill and still use my zc bumper ?

you will need to cut your radiator support off and weld on the ef2 radiator support

i have the one piece headlights if you need them...i lost interest in the ef2 front end...!!!

yeah how much for the 1pc ...so its just puting on the new radiator support is there any way i can use my stock if i cant find a jdm one

If you get the front, just try to get the whole thing all at once.
It's VERY expensive to piece one together.

For the support, you drill out a whole bunch of spot welds and weld the JDM one on.
It's not all that hard.

yup! people try to overprice when they sell one piece. there is a ef sedan jdm front on oc craigslist i thought.

ok well i just be looking for the hole front then and finding a body shop to do the welding cause im not that good at welding lol thanks every one ...oh and could i still use the zc front bumper or will it not fit on the support

Its possible to use your stock rad support. Misha did some cutting to his, its not perfect but it fits decent. I would suggest buying to whole front end. Theres one on SD craigslist thats been trying to sell for awhile.

I was running a hatchie SiR bumper - just needed to put some spacers behind the bumper mounts to get the bumper to line up with the wheel wells properly.

You know the 'ZC' front bumper is the same bumper as the 88-89 hatch/sedan?
