HID colors
they are "brighter than factory" but the visible light is not that good (around the same as halogens). It only paints the road instead of lighting it. There great for auxiliary lights or fog lights but not as your only source of headlights.
thanks I will stick with the 6k. I am courious though, I am getting jdm foglights, how would I get hids for them? is it worth the trouble? I have a ej8
On the jdm fogs hids will look sick. Just make sure the housings are deep enough to fit the hids. Plan first. (where will you mount the ballasts, how will you mount them.)
Ive got 6k with no retrofit and I love them. They light up every little lane bump and the signs look bright and white. After you put them in adjust the angle because they will throw different than halogens and blind other drivers.

HIDs are great if you do a retro fit to your headlights, those guys are morons. They probably got a kit off of ebay and installed them in factory lights... Do a retro fit and install the projector lens and thatll get you a crisp, clear, function HID beam.

But you cant blind other drivers that way!
Lol, if I had to pick some, I'd get the 3000K white just so they would actually be functional...some people like really useless blue lights though... But in most states your blue headlights will allow you to see some nice new blue LED bar lights on top of a dodge charger
good times!

When I ordered my kit they had 3000Ks in white. I ordered them and they showed up marked 3000K and they're white... Just stating the number ordered and received. Don't have them installed ATM due to no retro fit yet.
i only use 20,000 and higher in my car! jk 6000k for me!
I got mine off of eBay so who knows what that **** may be. But it is marked 3000K... I'm just really suprised that they actually worked when I tested them lol, Xentec is crap but I purchased them anyways
i have 6000k in my headlights and 3000k in my foglights. it looks really good and has a nice contrast. the foglights do light up the space between the headlights and the front of the car nicely
