just letting you know that the jdm light bulb are dual filament in a single bulb.
usdm light bulb are single filament in a single bulb. by soldering (wire for wire) you have operational low beam. but when you do use that high beam, your low beam are actually still on. thus shortening out the life of your JDM light bulb for a mere 15-20minute life span.
i have done this before. use a test light to figure out which one is high/low. you should obviously know the ground wire.

and to the OP. next time save yourself about 10 dollars and a shipping charge and go to your local parts store and buy the H4 pigtail harness its the exact same thing you just baught, they usually have them by all the lightbulbs and stuff
This is very simple. Thats a regular H4 harness and it wires the same, high, low and ground.
All your wires are there now except you will have an extra ground per side, hence 4 wires.
You still have only one +12 low beam, and one+12 high beam per side.
Use a voltmeter with headlights on to verify which wire gives you a +12.
The other wire is +12 highbeam
Black is ground
Next look at your bulb and verify which tab is low beam filament, if you hook it up wrong you will have your highbeams on as regular lights, lol

i wired min like this
_______ |HIGH BEAM|_________
|GROUND.................LOW BEAM|
this is looking at it from where the plugs match up. i copied the same wiring from my EJ8. i like how password rips people off by saying H4H harness when its the same harness as a 9003 (92+ civic), LOL

Well thanks everyone and i still have problems closing my sir hood -_- we tried pulling on the t-bar and it closed a little better but the sides dont close all the way yet.. i know u gotta modify some stuff.. anybody got any tips?
are you using an EF8/9 T-bar or a usdm T-bar? if your using a jdm one you have to loosen the bolts holding the latch and pull it toward the front of the car and re-tighten it again. also you might need to re-adjust the spring bolt on the hood. i believe its a 14mm nut, loosen it then move the bolt till it closes. tighten the nut before you shut the hood.
helps to have a buddy around in case the hood stays shut. they can pull on the latch from inside while you apply pressure to the hood and it will pop open.

im using the usdm t bar.. we cut the T so its actually just a straight bar right now.. lol. my car doenst even have a bumper support right now so im actually trying to figure out which bumper support i should get.. or just waste money at passwordjdm.. for a sir bumper support. so if i have a usdm t bar can i just losen it and pull it? it closes but the sides look a little bit open

I have installed a JDM front end using the USDM t bar with washers and hood closes perfect!
I did have the guy order the JDM bumper support for 100bucks and made my job easier.
I still had to modify the JDM support by enlongating the holes. This makes everything line up 100 percent.
The US bumper support would need alot of modification to fit in the JDM bumper.
