h22a swaped ek with v-tec not working

h22a swaped ek with v-tec not working
as the title says i swapped my 00 si with a h22a and the v tec dnt kick in the code that the car is throwing is o2 sensor code. i have no clue why its not working . ne help would be great. thanks
