Default P2R thermal Throttle body power gain

Hi,

will I get any benefit at all by installing a P2R thermal gasket to the throttle body?

I also want to change my throttle body for an 62mm ITR

I have a B16a2.

should I also change the intake manifold?
or with just the throttle body I will see benefits?

The P2R Throttle Body gasket is a waste of time in my opinion. Your best bet is to just get a thermal insulating gasket for the IM to the head. That is where the majority of heatsoak will be taking place. If you have one of those gaskets in place, your TB shouldn't be getting very hot.
If you have a stock B16A2 head (i.e. stock cams, etc.) then the stock throttle body should be just fine. If you're getting some larger cams, etc., then it would be worth considering.

hytech replica header 2.5 exhaust. FPR, VAFC2, AEM tru power pulleys ITR intake camshaft. AEM V2.

my idea was to get a b18 throttle body now (it is 62mm) and keep my oem Intake manifold, that is why I was thinking in getting this thermal gasket.
will I get any benefit at all?
