Default Heat blowing question

Okay, well i have been through a few EF's And a lot of my friends have/had EF's And I noticed my heater doesn't blow hot like EG,EK, and DC's is this because my car is old, or my heater core is old? If so, can i just swap out the heater core from one of the above cars?

TIA

My 1991 civic blows hotter than my 2003 civic

Any given fluid in the 1991 at any given time is usually newer than the 2003, that might have something to do with it....

Try a coolant flush.

Have you checked the cable under the heater core? Check the faq, there's a good link on what to look for under "no heat" or something.
