Yeah i was wondering, my friends and i had a discussion on the engines because mine seems like its about to give up. Now many say that you should just turbo the f22. I understand that doing that is smarter than a turbo'd h22 due to compression. But if you went NA(natural aspiration) on both engines, what would the outcomes be?

the H22 would be better for NA purposes due to the it's slightly larger size and DOHC head...it is better tuned for high compression right out of the box vs. the f22...but don't get me wrong, if you had enough money, i am sure that the f22 could be a good NA car as well...it's all about what you want and the money you are willing to spend...but the h22 is a more logical approach...

Would there be ANY possible way for the f22 to win only going NA?

yes, with enough money, anything is possible...i mean you can get every piece and part you want custom if you look in the right place, but it's not logical or practical to do so...you would end up spending far more doing this than you would for a well built NA h22

i would look into Gude Performance if you're interested in NA performance... however, i've heard conflicting reviews on their camshafts... their head packages do seem tempting though... "up to 58hp to the wheels" they claim... the head packages include:

-Ported and Polished Cylinder Head
-Racing Valve Grind
-Ported Intake Manifold
-Ported Throttle Body
-Camshafts

then there's cam gears (from Skunk2 for example) and pulleys (Unorthodox for example)... you just gotta look for the bolt-ons out there... as for further hardcore NA performance, i would say look into fuel tuning with management systems like Hondata or AEM... i think it's possible but it's going to take lots of weight reduction and money... personally, i would use that money towards forced induction...
