Will this exhaust set up work?

I have a b18a1 swap in my crx. Right now I have an aftermarket header (the downpipe is longer than the stock one). I'm wondering if installing an integra test pipe with aftermarket honda crx catback system will be a direct bolt on or will I have a clearance issue and need to get it welded?

Only way to find out is to test fit everything.

You should've got a CRX test pipe and if it's too long or too short with either pipe take it to your local muffler shop they'll know how to fix that problem for about 30-40 bucks.
