Default max bore for f22 block???

I was just wondering what is the max you can bore a f22 block to?, i am trying to buy one and well this guy is selling a f22 block for 400 it claims to be bored out to 88mm with darton sleeves, and a f23 micropolished and balanced crank. im planning on going boost, would this be ok, or would the walls be weak now?

Well I would highly doubt he has a f23 crank in it since an f22 uses 50mm mains and the f23 uses 55mm mains.

Also I would ask for pictures of the block to check to see if its actually darton sleeved. if it is 88mm is possible and you could boost on it.

90 mm with the Darton MID or Golden Eagle sleeves. Just dont boost it.

I'd agree with twkdCD595 that it sounds a bit fishy.

As with all purchases like this, check it out first hand with someone who knows what to look for.

he could have a F23 crank in it, the mains would have to be turned to 50mm . otherwise a 55mm crank will not fit
