Hi, my buddy has an 00 accord that the alarm has gone crazy, it goes off in the middle of the night when it gets lonely.
I've found two TSBs on this:
* TSB #010701 -- INFORMATION REGARDING PANIC FEATURE GOES OFF INTERMITTENTLY. *ET (NHTSA ID #624544, JULY 01 2001)
* TSB #160601 -- INFORMATION ON DIAGNOSING ALARM THAT SOUNDS INTERMITTENTLY. *ET (NHTSA ID #624846, JUNE 16 2001)
I've seen the 010701 TSB, but cannot seem to find the 160601 TSB online anywhere.
I'd greatly appreciate it if someone can provide the 160601 TSB contents!
Thanks! -Brian

There was more updated information in a March 2003 Honda Service News, than what was on those TSBs (BTW, Honda TSB numbers are not the same as those.)
This thread has the pertinent March 2003 Service News information posted by Princess. Additionally, for one guy it turn out to be hood latch.
