Default Teaching a old dog new tricks!

My younger brother had an 88 Ef that he felt was junk so i bought it of him for 350. Immediatly i started on it.This is just a toy and I already have a eg hatch for my daily, also im working off of a strict budget so keep that in mind.
I bought a full stainless exhaust off of ebay, a "N1 style" exhaust to be exact, the setup looks descent for the price paid, obviously its no N1 but it will do just fine, also i installed a ebay header as well. again i know this isnt a high end max performance product but it does the job just fine, the only problem i had installing the header back setup it the cat i had laying around was to short, pulling the hole setup way to tight and it pulled it right out of the exhaust hump, nothing a little homemade test pipe couldnt fix.
Next came the suspension, and Im telling you this it was bad. The previous own befor my brother had a set of sleeve overs installed that was so half *** i wanted to puke. The springs were cut so much that i could move it up and down a good 4 inches by hand. Blown struts topped off the whole setup. i purchased a set of KYB GR2 shocks and a set of tenzoR springs. The car has a nice stance now, i think i may extend my top hats for some added drop.
Now its body time, its still in the works and has a long way to go, the passenger side 1/4 panel has just been finished, the rust was bad, like usual on cars of this bodystyle, currently i am re working the driver ide 1/4 pane and it is almost there. After the holidays i am hoping to purchase some new fenders, hood, lip, and rims. I going to paint the car myself, probably going to storm troop it out, white car, black rims, black mirrors, and tints. i may do a light smoke over the tails.
This is a work in progress, and i will def keep you guys posted on my progress, pics will be coming soon, my camera got stolen so i dont have any before pictures, but ill def get some up soon! Lmk what you think!

I say save up and do everything right. You can do it right while not spending an arm and leg. You arent really fixing anything you are replacing complete crap with stuff that will be complete crap in a year.
