New header causing exhaust rub issues feedback question
A couple weeks back I was having quite a few issues with my stock exhaust manifold leaking/stripped studs.. but I had very little money and could not afford a quality OE or aftermarket brand header so I picked up this design that I figured would work for my Ej2 with a D15B7
The header I received was sold by DNA motorsports on Ebay for around $50 I just needed a good fix but since I mounted it and hooked up the downpipe it had caused my exhaust to pull forward enough to rattle/rub near the back end just under the rear seat as it takes a left turn for the muffler.
I attempted pulling it back some but no budge.. I was wondering if I should pick up a test pipe that is longer then my cat maybe an adjustable one or should I try something else?
has anyone else had the same issue with these headers for there D15/D16?

Re: New header causing exhaust rub issues feedback question
I have a similar cheap Ebay one
Fitment is off a bit but expected for low quality parts.
I have a test pipe and it fits odd as well
Just save for a higher quality piece or have a shop make you a spacer to connect between the pieces
