Default Brakes Are Sticking

last night I was going to head over to my buddys when I took down the E-break and put it in reverse it felt like the car was still breaking. I drove it down my house a little thinking it would come off lose. It didn't so i drove back and touch the rear break rotors the driver side is really hot and right side wasn't. so im guessing the E-break is sticking right? what you guys think it can be? Forgot to say its a 95 prelude

You need to inspect the affected calipers for free motion. The slided pins must be greased and move freely.

You have to turn the center of the rear caliper pistons to compress them.

yeah it doesn't go in at all. the piston gasket is riped, so im sure there should be some rust and crap in there. i have to wait till tomrrow moring to get the new caliper from advance auto parts. $78 without core fee

*Update* i replace the caliper and it was still the same. so i took it to the shop and the told me the E-brake wire wasn't working right. I sprayed with some WD40 and crap so it's working fine now
