Default honda-tech 2010 ITR Calendar

honda-tech.com Integra Type R 2010 Calendar - lets make it finally happen.
Please try to have all submissions in by December 16th

Due to not receiving any further submissions, we are going to be holding the voting for the top 12 and the cover early. Voting will start on the 14th. Click Here to place your vote

The voting has ended, stay tuned for the picture selections cover, top 12 and collage which will be posted by the afternoon (pacific time) tomorrow the 22nd. I will also update the list and get final pricing up as well at this time. The photos have been selected, please take a look at them. Pricing has also been posted
If you are interested in a calendar, please add you name to the list and indicate how many you want. (the larger the order, the lower the price for you so spread the word) [/SIZE]

Well, as far as I know none of the previous attempts at making a calendar have ever been completed for one reason or another and I would like to know the interest for a 2010 calendar. I saw one of the previous calendar threads had threats of legal issues with usage of some pictures, so I am asking you to submit suggestions (which could later be voted on in here or via a poll) that you have either the vehicle owner and/or the photographers permission to use for this project.

So, who wants to finally see one of these calendars come to completion?

Pricing will ultimately be determined by the number of calendars ordered, I am trying to keep the price reasonable (so a decent quantity will need to be ordered ~50-100) and price will be under $20 shipped withing the continental US. Everywhere else will be determined on a case by case basis.

Voting for the top 12 will be held from the 16th to the 20th.
Calendars will be going out the End of December or early January.
__________________________________________________ ___________________________________
The selected photos have been posted, please take a look at them.

Pricing: $15 per calendar with $3 for paypal and shipping <---- this is good for up to 5 calendars and for the continental US only
For orders outside of the continental US or orders larger than 5 please PM me.

You can sent paypal to hondacrvtec@sbcglobal.net you can send a $9 deposit or you may pay in full now. Orders held with a deposit will be charged a $1 convenience fee which covers double paypal, etc. In your paypal please add your username.

I'd like to see it happen so I can add another item to my Type R shrine.

Well, if there is enough interest and contributions I don't see why this couldn't be done in early Jan.

Yeah you need to lay down some guidelines for size and resolution. People are already submitting...

For print, you're going to want .tif's 300 or 333 pixels per inch. Web is much much easier.

Here are some of my photos taken by Felix Alim. If any of my photos get selected please PM and I'll send you the .tif files. My photographer is okay with submitting the photos as long as he receives credit for his work and of course a free calendar

hmmm.......didnt think submissions would be coming in that fast.....

im calling my print location this morning to see what their best format is, and how much it will be.

However, i think it would be better if the 12 winners were picked as a group....i have a feeling there is going to be ALOT of submissions, so we could also have the final 13th page as a giant collage of everyones submissions....that would be cool....

also gonna need some guidelines for pictures...
- specific size and file type( i will contact my printer for actual size ) If your picture is not the right kind of file or size, ...sorry
- CARS ONLY (ITRs ESPECIALLY...thats a given...) meaning no pictures of your cool *** standing next your ITR all Ice Cube style.....NO.....
- On each month we could post name, and state of owner and a short list of mods/description as well....( might be iffy due to unfortunate ITR history...) so any info each feels like submitting...
- Got some more?? im all ears....

also I would need to post a deadline for picture submissions and a date to finish voting... AND THATS GONNA HAVE TO BE SOON IF WE WANT IT BY JAN 2010

Having not yet talked to my printer, here are some projected dates....

Today is December 4th....

Submissions until the 16th

Voting until the 21st

(these are projections.....im saying the 21st so we can have the order in before Christmas....that way I can hopefully get them the week after and ship accordingly...)

someones gonna have to take initiative, so since i live close to both the post office and my print location, im down.....

let me know what you guys think....ill have more solid info later this morning....

Just a thought... I think you should also include the photographer as well in the credits for each photo to give them recognition for their work...

Here are a few other pictures for your consideration - Brewer has allowed the use of his pictures as well.
