Lude is stuck in gear
Need some help
It seems as my lude is stuck in one gear. I depress the cluch to start her up and its not untill i let it go that the car stalls out. seems like shifting it does nothing, and sometimes the shifter gets stuck untill i have someone roll forward and then i can move the shifter once again. Any ideas...

Pull it out and take it apart to see if you notice anything obvious. If you're not comfortable with it, have a friend that knows transmissions to help you out. Maybe you can learn something new. ^_^
I bought an Accord 2 months ago with almost exactly what you describe. I was hoping it was a clutch issue, but when I drained the oil from the tranny, or should I say lack of oil, I realized it was a problem with the tranny, not the clutch.
Try this. Check your tranny fluid level first.

Go grab the shifters on the tranny itself and move them around. Maybe you just have a bad shifter cable or something, or something is in its way.
Make sure your tranny-to-motor bolts are torqued to spec. My buddy had this issue in his Eclipse just today. The gears would grind when he'd downshift and get stuck. When he pressed the clutch, the transmission would seperate from the motor literally. Tightening those bolts fixed the issue. Also, check for clutch drag.
+1 on master cylinder.

no it wouldnt be a hydraulic problem, when my master cyl went out and i had little to nopressure in it, i could get it to disengage if i pumpped it alot, but i was able to shift with out clutching, quite easy really, just a last resort thing. so its not hydralui, check your linkage
i had what sounds like the same problem. took my atts out and the transmission off to find out that one of the springs on the factory clutch disc popted out of the disc and was causing the throw out bearing not to engage evenly.
hope this helps
