My 99 Accord V6 keeps blowing fuse number 47 under the hood. It controls the ignition interlock, brake lights, cruise control, horn relay and ABS control unit along with a few others. The dealer troubleshot it and replaced the brake switch, after $211 and not REALLY finding the problem. I took apart The old brake switch and it was very worn and looked to be the problem. It lasted for 3 months and now has done it again. I wanted the ignition replaced because it's under a recall but they didn't want to do it because it was replaced once under the recall. I still think the ignition switch is going bad. Anyone else have any other thoughts? Can I demand that they replace it again since it's under recall?
