Default spark plug stuck

got a 98 civic the spark plug boot seems to melted at the bottom,now can't get a socket all the way down to undo the spark plug...is there a special tool that can take out the plug from the stem?

You'll have to dig out the melted rubber. You may be able to burn it with a torch a bit, making it brittle enough to scrape out.

Nothing a set of long needle nose pliers, [or hemostats] and some time and patience can't fix. 94

A nice long pick with just a little twist at the end works wonders.
