compression?

stock gsr head milled .008
gsr rods
81.5mm ITR pistons

just wondering what my compresion would be approximately...and what cams i should go with. thanks in advance

for every .010" removed from the head, you'll get about .2 bump in compression. What type ITR pistons, USDM or JDM?

P73-AO or 00? If it's USDM, in a 1.8L you'd be at 10.6:1 add .2 for the GSR head, then add another .2 for the milling and you're around 11:1.

That calculator is a little off and you would be at least .2 lower than it states. Just put it together as a JDM R engine and it's saying 11.32:1 when we know it's only 11:1 from the factory.
