WTB: complete y8 VTEC head, y8 ECU and intake manifold from a 96+
Looking for a complete SOHC head, y8 ECU, knock sensor, and intake manifold from a 96 and up d16y8. I need some vtec! Anyone got one laying around? Tell me what you want for it.

I didn't think D series motors had a knock sensor..but someone please correct me if i'm wrong....i'm looking to do the same thing....but you should look for the 96-98 ECU instead of the 99-00...not plug and play....i live just west of Columbus...i would love to check out your setup...i'm going to almost be running the same. They have knock sensors. I used a P2P(96-98 SOHC VTEC) ECU to run my LS/VTEC and it threw a knock censor code. (along with 4 other gay codes)

yeah the new ones have a knock sensor (obd2). i have one with dist, mani, and head. make an offer and its yours.
